Each reply opens with ● THE MACHINE RESPONSE. Turns close with ANALYSIS COMPLETE and the time taken.
Replies start with a ◤ … ◢ header and a one-line verdict in capitals, then read as normal. Toggle it with /machine-voice.
Tools that only look are IRRELEVANT, tools that act are ASSETs in Admin yellow, and a risky shell command such as sudo or rm -rf is a THREAT.
One bar per usage window, 5-hour and 7-day, read live: LOW, ELEVATED, HIGH, CRITICAL. A bar turns red from HIGH. A toast alerts once when a window reaches HIGH or CRITICAL.
SYSTEM, ADMIN, and STATUS readouts above the prompt, then a feed number for the project folder and the time, ticking each second like the Machine's own screens. STATUS flips between AWAITING INPUT and ANALYZING, while the spinner cycles through ACCESSING FEEDS, CALCULATING PROBABILITIES, COMPILING, EXECUTING, and TRANSMITTING.
/machine shows the mod and Claude Code versions, the Admin's connection, whether Machine voice is on, and each usage window's threat level and reset time.
On /exit, the band shows ADMIN DISCONNECTED for two seconds before Claude Code closes. Cancel the exit and the band comes back.
